This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged.  Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. NO PETS ALLOWED. Guest rooms that have evidence of pet dander and/or odor will be charged a non-refundable fee for deep cleaning services. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. Smoking Policy: There is no smoking in the guest rooms, pool area or in the restaurant.  There are a few designated smoking areas on the property. Guest acknowledges that smoking is not allowed in a guest room, pool area, or the restaurant. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, guest hereby expressly authorizes hotel management to charge credit card the amount to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning guest room. If your reservation has been paid in advance, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit pre-authorization but does not accept cash deposits.  At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. 

Nightly Rates: If staying multiple nights, the nightly rate reflects the total amount of your stay averaged over the length of your stay, excluding all taxes, fees, and daily resort charge.  All rates are subject to advance deposits and promotional cancellation and conditions.  

Daily Resort Charge:  A daily resort fee will be added to your room rate, which covers daily self-parking, entrance to our state-of-the-art fitness center, business center access, in-room high-speed Internet access, property-wide wireless internet, access to the kids interactive water park, and in-room coffee and tea. 

Taxes and Government Fees:  The room rate, daily resort fee, occupancy taxes, and city fees are subject to government-imposed taxes. 

Advance Deposit Policy: An advance deposit of your first night’s rate, tax, and resort fee is required to secure your reservation and will be charged at the time of booking. Deposit is fully refundable in the event that cancellation occurs prior to Cancellation Policy and is not booked under special promotional terms and/or third party booking site. Pre-paid and promotional rates subject to restricted deposit and cancellation policies.
